Moso premium quality poles are back! At long last we have managed to get a shipment of the highest quality poles I have seen for over 20 years. Treated and dried in lengths of 2.5 Metres only, with diameters ranging from 90-140mm.

STAKES
Natural: Small to medium diameter poles/sticks pre cut to suit suit gardeners, nurserymen, handicraft and the mining industry.
HALF SPLITS
Poles cut along the length making two halves that are commonly used as cladding to cover twice the distance of a single pole. The minimum base diameter we will split is 30mm. Depending on pole taper most lengths can be cut.
SLATS & PALINGS
Poles split to a specified width. They are usually convex.
Minimum width 20mm.
Maximum width 75mm.
Most lengths can be cut.
Green poles are sourced from our own sixty five acre plantation, others are imported to supplement the demand of customers requiring high tensile bamboo poles and the large range of the smaller sizes used by the nursery and mining industries.
Bamboo poles are very versatile product. We sell them for construction, arts, bike frames, decoration and multitudes of other purposes.
All prices below include GST. Prices are ex-farm (freight is extra, please ask for a quote) – Shipping available to Australian wide destinations.
About our Poles
- The diameters listed are the nominal base of pole widths = wide, diameter, thick.
- The diameters column indicates the range of the base sizes, do not expect every pole to be an identical width
- Bamboo is a natural product and tapers from base to tip. The tapering is less pronounced on shorter and thicker sizes
- Pole 2 metres long will have less tapering than the 5.8 length
When ordering, please take the above information into consideration.
POLE PRESERVATION WARNING
- Our policy is to avoid the use of toxic chemicals on the farm. The poles we supply are untreated and non toxic.
- They are suitable for most sensitive environmental applications.
- Unfortunately this may result in seasonal insect or fungal attack unless treated. To protect your purchase we suggest that you treat the poles in a manner suitable for the intended use.

As a natural product, bamboo poles can split in a hot low humidity environment.
To minimize the risk, knock out the nodal membrane.
Poles are not guaranteed against cracking.
